Good but hard surfaces means no sound proofing.

I was happy with room and king size bef, cleanliness and helpful responsive staff. But no stairs and got 5 floors. Mine was on 4th floor but luckily wide stair case. Hard surfaces easy to clean but can be noisy even if got just one other guest who was noisy outside and in room. However, cleaner came into room when i was out though asked earlier and i said no and do not disturb sign was on door knob. No English speaking tv channels or news.

Quiet and private. No other facilities than stairs. Try to request for 2nd or 3rd floor.
