Perfect and practical, cheap clean, secure and comfortable base
Room was excellent value. I had previously stayed in an end room which had a bigger bedroom area but smaller bathroom. Basic but functional bathroom. Very comfy bed. Tea and coffee making facilities, stocked with twinnings Earl Grey and green tea, which is a very nice touch for a place in this price range. Briefly watched (the very good) TV. Safety box in the room. Furnishing look like they have come from other Aetas properties. Perfectly adequate. Small balcony. Overlooks free car park for the residence, so ideal if you are driving. Hotel has a small self-service gym, with one stationary bike, a multi-gym station, a treadmill, and a few free-weight. Treadmill was a little temperamental, stopping suddenly at one point. There is a self service washing machine and tumble drier. Room rate didn't include breakfast, but I wandered through and the choices were pretty predictable. Nice helpful staff and well managed reception area. Half way between lumpini and Klong Toey MRTs.
