Overall is a comfortable hotel to stay, however staff needs to be trained
The hotel location is not too bad, considering its walking distance to platinum mall, and BTS station. Overall the stay is satisfactory, and the breakfast selection is great.
However, STAFF needs serious training into paying close to attention to hotel guests needs. Both in communication in English and courtesy. My room's safe deposit locker was not working, and the minibar had a bad durian smell probably from the previous guest. I requested for the staff's assistance to reset the safe deposit box from the front counter for the first time it wasn't attended to. On second time, i requested, they sent a staff up to attend to the deposit box and yet they didnt know how to solve it.
As for the stinky minibar, they just sprayed fresheners into it and left. Problem was still there and not solved. When i requested for a change of hotel room, they rejected and asked me to upgrade.
To the hotel management: the problem of the minibar and the safe deposit issue wasnt mine to begin with.
