Helpful Staff, Excellent location and Service

I stayed for 4 nights and it was the best hotel i've stayed in BKK. The location is good, close proximity to Platinum Mall & many taxis/tuktuk around. Hotel buggy is a bliss for family as we dont need to walk to go to the main road. The hotel also provided wide spread of breakfast (totally worth the price to add on) and also the service is good. The only minor comment i have is the cleanliness as I noticed they dont change the bedsheet/pillow cases after two nights (Ok with first night not changing) then I made a request to change, they did it while we went out for dinner, very quick service. Also one of the nights a new guest checked-in next to us and blasting club music at 11pm while my children are sleeping. The hotel staff went to request the guest to slow down the music 3 times, but they just being stubborn. But the staff handled the situation professionally, and offered change of room (but we didnt take it as it was middle of night and difficult to shift the sleeping kids)
