check in is terrible

their check in is the worst I have ever experienced. hundreds of rooms yet only 2 peopl on the desk. you have to wait in a foyer with no air-conditioning then they ask you to fill in name address etc etc... they already have this information through Agoda. then get asked for exit visa so you dig through your luggage to find it. then they dump a 3,000thb deposit on you incase you drink from the mini bar. thge mini bar had no more than 500thb of drinks. they say with a smile "we give back when you leave" well guess what .... I want the 3000thb to spend whilst on holiday NOT at the end of my holiday. every other hotel asks for your passport, scans it, says "thank you sir, here is your key" so whilst it is a lovely well maintained clean hotel they spoil your stay right from the start.

Would not stay here again

Excellent with 2 young children
