Pillows and towels
When I asked for extra pillows At reception I was told that there is only one pillow supplied per person and no extra pillows could be provided free of charge. If you want more Pillows, I was told I could rent them at 50 TBT each!
How rediculous I have never in all my days of travelling been charged rent for an extra pillow on the bed !
Also when Iasked for towels for the pool at reception the staff told me there were none but that we could use the towels in our bathroom.... This is crazy. Especially as they only provide one towel per person per room and only bath towels, no hand towels, or face towels. So if you use your bath towel at the swimming pool you have no dry clean towel to use in the bathroom!
On checking in we were asked if we would like our room cleaned in the mornings or afternoons... We opted for afternoons as we would be out... However twice maids knocked on our door at about 10am saying they wanted to clean the room .....
A big fridge is provided with 2 bottles of drinking water every day and there is a kettle + 2 each of cups, saucers, plates bowels, glasses, spoons teaspoons and forks.. No knives . But no provision of tea bags sugar coffee , creamer etc.
However thre is a7 Eleven store at the end of theso I where these items an be bought.
Other than these points thePlim Place is fine.. Nice big rooms , and good air con .. Oh and talking of bathrooms, no shower gel or moisture cream supplied, just shampoo.
The staff on reception are not very efficient, and in my opinion could benefit from more training.. They don't seem to be able to deal with bookings enquiries at the front desk
