Great service, thin wall, poor value for money

Love the environment of the hotel, but because it's located right on the road the noise from the road can be loud at night. The wall is so thin that we were woken up from the neighbor talking at 5 am. The room is cold in the winter with poor insulation, and needs proper winter gear to keep yourself warm in the room.
On the plus side, the bed, breakfast, and the service is amazing. Although the room is small, it gives a cozy feeling. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is very Thai heavy. Not a big spread but very delicious. The service is very friendly and homely
