Early check-out time completely ruined an otherwise perfect stay.

Before i criticize, let me say that otherwise this place is really great. Great garden on the river where you are served breakfast by very well-trained staff. Better than most restaurants in Thailand. They do everything to make your breakfast enjoyable. Breakfast itself was adequate. We were upgraded from a room to a big family suite with living room and small kitchen for 6 people because our room was given to someone else. Very well handled. Cleanliness was tops. so what really ruined our stay was the really check-out : 11am. Rarely see that. We arrived late so went to bed really late. They asked us what time we wanted breakfast. We picked 10 to get as much sleep as possible. But because check-out had to be 11am, we really had to rush our breakfast. It wold have been really nice to enjoy the garden and the breakfast a little more. In fact, a little after 11am, the owner himself knocked on our door to remind us about the time. We thought that was a little off-putting..

Best place to stay if you want to feel the real Ayutthaya
All perfect stay. Located in heart of Ayutthaya and near to all important temples. Nice and green garden by the river with comfort and well decorated room. Tasty breakfast and very supportive staff.
