Full booked issue

On the day of check in, they informed us that the hotel was fully booked, i did show them the booking confirmation did on Nov. Reception is still insist there was no room for us and ask u to go find somewhere else. I insisted to stay here and she spend almost half an hour try to arrange for u. End up there was room available and she have no choice to give it to us.
Please improve the room allocation for booking instead of walk in.

Pros: location is easy to find Cons: staff does not speak english, does not make up room if staying multiple nights, can hear the busy traffic outside

Nice hotel

Value for money stay in spacious room
