Great facilities, but staffs need to improve English

I booked 5 rooms for my family. They were all satisfied with facilities: beautiful and spacious rooms, good air conditioner & refrigerator, hot water, quiet environment. Not so far with Big C and Central World. But English is a problem, if you just simply check-in, stay then check-out with no other requirement to staffs it is okay. But if you have some, explaining to them is difficult. But overall, they are very supportive and nice. Will come back here in the future.

Good hotel but a bit far from main road
For tourist muslim,this is a better place since nearest with halal restaurant and pratunam mall. Only one way in to the hotel,can't find the hotel since the hotel inside the neighborhood area. But ove... อ่านต่อ

The room was clean and staff were quite helpful.
Distance fom main road is quite a bit of problem.

Not far from the airport train
A good, clean choice, away from the hustle and bustle of central Bangkok.

Handy for Ratchprarop
I usually stay here with my girlfriend when I visit Bangkok, as she and her sister have an apartment nearby. It's nice enough.
