Stay here if you want amazing customer service!!

We just stayed at Rimping Village from April 25-28th with our 9 year old daughter. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We have stayed at very fancy places with terrible customer service and would take Rimping Village any day over them. It isn't the fanciest place but it feels very Thai and like an oasis in the middle of it all. We arrived early on the overnight train from Bangkok and our room wasn't ready (understandable since it was 9am). Ing (front desk girl) gave us complimentary breakfast that day while we waited for our room - so nice!! They offer bicycles to use (a little scary on the busy streets, but nice) and afternoon snacks. I realized after our first day that I had forgotten to bring a very important medication and Kate (front desk) helped me to call a local pharmacy to see if they carried a version of my medicine (which they did). Kate wrote down the name of the pharmacy and called us a Tuk Tuk to take us there. What a life saver!! Stay here it was awesome!

Excellent Hotel
