High Recommended, Super Friendly & Kind Staff, Super Clean & Tidy Hotel

We, me, husband, 2 kids (6 and 8 years old) and my parents in law, were staying here for 4 nights (we booked 1 Family and 1 Superior room) and we were overwhelm by the friendliness and kind staff (Mr Ray, Ms Kwan, Ms Nan and so on) of the hotel, that follow up on everything and helpful, it was a great and happy stay and experience staying here. We also engaged their driver to bring us around Chiang Mai and I would say it was worth it, and thank you for bearing with me, with all my questions and also help me out to plan our itineraries. In addition, this is a super duper clean hotel and tidy, definitely suitable for family with kids and old folks. We will definitely come back and stay again if we are planning to visit Chiang Mai again. :)
