Room 413 didn’t connect to the internet and although I told the staff nothing was done about it for 3 days. I requested to change room which had a better connection and the staff complied. 1st room had a phone but not the 2nd one. The rooms were clean. However, windows in the rooms and throughout the property need to be cleaned. No kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Hot water is available downstairs. Free drinking bottles of water. Lots of breakfast options are available nearby and cheaper. A full length mirror would be very much appreciated. At least one in the main room as the only one available is in the bathroom. Hangers in the wardrobe are on the low side. No safe in room but can be requested.

Better think twice
