Staff not friendly at all

Im upset with the staff, its written here can check in at 10am, we reached green house at 9am, she said the room is not ready yet, have to wait. But until 10am, the staff not even call us for check in, she just stay there not saying anything, my son very tired thru the journey and we really need a room for him to sleep, because our tour guide will fetch us at 12pm. Atlease he can rest for a while. After waited so long i asked the staff, she still said the room still not ready. If only the room is ready, we can check in early (10am). If not ready we have to check in at 12pm. So we change the room, take the room that available to check in that time. The staff is not friendly at all, no smile, and cant speak english. A good hotel must have a good customer service. Overall the hotel is good, clean, and very good wifi.
