Very relaxing vacation

We stayed for 4 nights, and had a very nice time. As other reviewers have said, it really depends on what you are looking for. Two things I would say right away is that there is no swimming beach (it's on an island, so there is sea, but strictly for walking), and there is only one restaurant and the quality is so-so, and the bar is not so great (the only choice of wine is the non descript housewine). Going somewhere else is an expedition that requires efforts. We love beaches, and being French, we're really quite fussy eaters, but we still had a lovely time. It's really relaxing and quiet, the pool is nice, and the hotel staff is relaxed and helpful. Going to the 4 island trip was a bit of an effort, but it's quite doable, and it was a nice experience. Know what you are signing up for, and you'll have a nice vacation.

Best place to be around Krabi town.
The best place to be around krabi town. The only thing (if you travel alone) is, that the free internet is very slow. it is a really nice place to arrive or before you have to go to the airport.
