Exceptional

We stayed a pool accessible room. It is a very nice relaxing experience. The hotel is beachfront and the walking district is just nearby. Although the beach is not so nice, it is forgettable because we were super happy with the pool. We could not be much happier. The beach in the evening is a must try because of the nice breeze, chic beds, and buy-1-get-1-drink promotion. However, we booked a twin bed room but they arranged a doubled bed room. Still, they were able to quickly fix the problem. A few miscommunication happened, but acceptable. Breakfast has no egg menu, but bakery was nice. Wifi is so-so, not very fast, our internet connection is better. The staff are super nice and helpful, we thought we were going to be late for the boat but they were helping out. Overall satisfied, worth the spending.

Disappointment
- Too much concrete, lack of trees - afternoon is like hell. Beach is practically absent as boats docking right in the swim area. Pools smell like chlorine basins. Noisy. Mosquitoes. Cocktails most... อ่านต่อ

Fantastic!
This hotel may have 4 stars but its a 5 star experience! Great and helpful staff who goes the extra mile to assist you. Nice pool area and clean, cosy rooms.
