decent, clean, basic, good location, fair price

We stayed here twice once before hitting Railay Beach and once again on the way back for another few days in Bangkok.

The location is rather nice in that it is central...

It's not a fancy hotel but it's clean and modern, the staff are good and the food's relatively fine but a bit boring after 5 days for breakfast but the decent price we were happy.

the one thing I didn't like was that the halls are not air conditioned thus getting to the room can be a hot experience...

The staff at the bar and cafe were very nice.

Good location @ reasonable price.
