Been there for 5 years. Now never again

The only positive++ is the bell boy k. Den.
Every thing is wrong and unbeliveble!
On arrival: no greating, the lady at the reception do not know how to check the reservation, I show the agoda voucher , she said the there is no reservation on my name and show me other pre check in reservations on other names if I want to take on of them! I insist to check better, se went to the back office an come back with another lady. No way my reservation is not find. The third lady arrive, very upset and told me that is agoda mistake.
Finally they give me room, but no large bed, only two small beds. (FYI the hotel is almost empty) Room 311. No escort to the room, luggage self service!!! The room is bad smalling, cold shower, towel definitely washed long time ago broken and unbeliveble dirty and bad smelling. Same for the bedding. The breakfast the morning next: ridiculos! In the bast was nice buffet breakfast, now pre set menu to order! The hotel looks like the last day of operation...

A little dated but clean
