Great stay at Sandalwood

My wife and I stayed at the Sandalwood Villas for 3 nights. We have stayed mostly at guest houses in China and Chiang Mai, and a 5-star in Singapore. We don't have the experience to compare Sandalwood with other resorts on Samui. I can say this...absolutely outstanding service, great private villas, and although out of the hustle and bustle of Chaweng, they are working hard to keep the beach easily accessible.
The rooms, bed, shower, were all really nice. Each villa is private. You won't see anyone else.
One stop at reception and our 1-day boat dive trip was set up...then they offered to make sandwiches for the us on the early boat trip. Car rental easily set up and ready the next day. Day of early morning departure to the airport and they made sandwiches again. We drove the island and got detailed help and places to see.

Sandalwood tops!

Superb resort
The place is one of the best accommodation in Samui. Staffs were quite friendly and helpful. Excellent aerial view. Walking from main road to resort is really challenging but worthwhile doing so.
