A bit dated

Firstly, the view from Sandalwood is nothing short of breathtaking. The pool is beautiful and it's a very relaxing setting. Unfortunately the rooms and resort in general feel dated and in need of a refurb. The resturant/breakfast is ordinary at best so we ended up eating elsewhere. We thought we were getting a great deal with a 61% discount but $150 AUD is honestly even a touch high. You shouldn't just pay top dollar for a view.
