Environment is amazing, service is horrible. 1) Only few shuttle bus to the beach. Not convenient. 2) The household applicants did not work well, such as fridge, hair drier 3) When I was booking on Agoda, there was only room for 2 pax. I checked if could add 1 pax, they said no room available and can not add extra bed. So I booked another hotel for my dad. When I checked in, I saw on Agoda, there is room available with bigger size which could add extra bed at discount price. I asked if I could change and be refused. However when my dad came back with us to hotel later and ask reception to call a taxi to send my dad to another hotel, they refused and insist my dad appear in the hotel after 8PM, and need to pay 4000 more no matter he stay or not. So my dad had to cancel another hotel with loss and stay. But everything is just for 2 pax, nothing extra for my dad was given, like bed sets etc, toothbrush etc. And the whole experience make us feel be threatened.
