Take your hard earned money elsewhere!!!

While the room and architecture was quite interesting, I felt gouged at this resort. Day 1 arrival the reception got the number of days of stay wrong. I looked up all my itinerary, reservation confirmations and flight info to make doubly sure again. No smiles or apology from staff for getting the dates wrong. Okay.... Moving on. Day 2 my husband and I wanted to go to the beach to walk around so we went to the lobby to speak with our host about the free shuttle we were informed of on day 1. We were not informed it was only an hourly shuttle and the host said we had to wait 45 min for the next shuttle. The look of shock on our faces was probably the reason the other lobby host said, "no, it's fine, we will get you a shuttle." Mind you, the resort is close to NOTHING so you have to get a taxi to go anywhere. Later, when we tried to use the shuttle again to go somewhere else, they said the shuttle only goes to the beach. So I repeated only?!? I recall being informed it went multiple places. Day 3 or so, was told to fix a double booking. Okay, thought it was already taken care of but whatever, stayed on phone with booking site to fix everything. Finally, we booked the top end sail exursion and was Again informed it would automatically be refunded if weather conditions were not safe. Day of exursion arrived, on out way to the pier, the driver said it was canceled. Okay no big deAl. We got dropped off at a nearby mall and headed back to resort shortly after. We tried to book massages but it was all booked! Weird, there's barely anyone else at the resort and still could not fit us in. Later during dinner at the resort, my husband ordered a nice glass of wine, but the server didn't give him the small pour to taste... He just began filling the wine glass. To make it worse, he poured so little! I've never seen such a small pour! It could barely fill a shot glass, and he just walked away. No training there clearly!!!
