Overall it was a pleasant stayed. Staff are friendly. Hotel is clean and very new. Location is strategic but with old or young children's you may need to walk a little bit in order to reach the shopping places such as platinum etc.

The rooms are spacious and we love it
Rooms are spacious but it would be great if we could’ve gotten the same floor (king -sized bedded room) for the 3 rooms that we booked under one booking. Staff are relatively friendly.

Great location
This is my 1st time stay in this Hotel, I am surprise by the cleanliness and good location. Next time when i visit Bangkok, will stay here again.
