The cheating staff

I am very dissapointed with the honesty of the staff.
At the last day i forgot check out on time at 12 pm and go outside to shopping. But my friends stayed at hotel that time.
The staff reminder to the room at 1.10 pm to ask if we want to check out hotel.
If the staff was the kind people, they can remind us at 12-12.15 pm to remind us to check out.
So they charge the rooms 1000bath. If we didn’t pay, they didn’t want to refund my deposit money Sing $150.
It was very unfair for us! I was very angry with their attitude & honesty!!!

Good location and spacious
