No reply at all

As you know the covic pendemic is not over, I have requested to revise the date of travel, the hotel has not even bothered to reply.
The Thai airway has already replied that they allowed us to reschedule the travel date, but the hotel has lost the news at all.
Our country does not allow the people to travel at this juncture of time, its beyond of cotrol also. Pls help to look into this matter for us. Tq.

Best Location!
Just five minutes to Central World, 7-Eleven nearby in front and not even far from BTS. Staff were very friendly and professional.
