We stayed here for 5 nights and I have mixed feelings about the hotel. I booked a suite, and expected what I would normally see in a hotel suite - however, the room was just two interjoining double rooms, not the suite pictured when I booked the hotel on Agoda and with none of the facilities I expected of a suite. The cot provided for the baby was so cheap and uncomfortable, our 6 month old couldn't sleep in it - she ended up in the bed with us. The jacuzzis were nice but it would better to have a normal shower on the wall too.
The rooms seemed pretty clean but we saw numerous small cockroaches during our stay. The swimming pool is nice and well designed for kids but needs cleaned more often. The restaurant has a limited menu but some of the food is really nice. The breakfast is poor - what you would expect at a much cheaper Thai hotel. Location sucks but staff are very nice and helpful.

Excellent Place
