Our stay was great, the staffs were very supportive, facilities were great, and the location of the hotel was great too. However, there are few points that concerned me that may not be a points if concern to many. 1. Hotel had all the facilities but still didn’t feel 5-star 2. Complimentary drink at 360 bar isn’t good. All they provided us was a soft drink. Other than the above two, everything about the hotel was great and we would for sure recommend it to anyone who would like to visit phuket and have a peaceful stay.

Amazing hotel with great staff, service, and view. The pool was just beautiful with a nice view of the beach. The area was very quiet and serene. Rooms were very nicely and accommodating.
