Stylish living but lousy facilities

The bathroom is one of the most impractical designs I've came across. The wash basin tap spatters everywhere. The rain shower only have cold water. The shower head has to be handheld and the hot water runs out in 1 min, and u wait for another 3 min for 1 min of hot water. No lift in the hotel.
