hidden gem

we were there for 3 nights. although it pails in comparison of the 1st time we stayed in Chiangmai (chedi), we had a blast. the hotel is generally clean, super friendly and intimate. what stood out was an incident we had.

we came over from bangkok and left one of our luggage keys behind. panic ensue because all my clothes are in it. it was a songkran weekend means shops are closed (including courier). the service staff was really kind. they rang a few times to try arrange a pickup and were really picking their brains to find a solution. i was very very grateful because it is especially hard during that weekend. in the end, we found a locksmith and they drive me & the luggage to several shops to find it.

Great hotel with fantastic service and staff
