Cosy but Service not up to expectations

Bad points: Even though our booking was confirmed by Agoda but they were full house on the first day n they moved us to the Pano hotel next door. They said it was due to the system. With two young teenage girls n just me n the next day we already booked a tour, moving hotel was not in our agenda. The next day when we finally checked in to the hotel, we thought they would have checked everything since they made a blunder on our booking, however to our disappointment, the water faucet was leaking badly, the bedside lamp was not working n they never got the phone working until we left. On top of that, they didn't replenish our shampoo n bath gel until we checked out. For Muslim travelers, the food is not halal at this restaurant.
Good Points:
The front staff were friendly and helpful n they speak reasonably good English.

To make up for their first day blunder, they gave us one free breakfast for my daughter n an extra bed without charge
