this place is not that good

they are not client focused. ..... many rooms empty ........yet an upgrade is thb800 per night would it not be better to upgrade no charge create good will return business restaurant pretty average for sure ... the next hotel has gone out of its way to upgrade no charge. .... it is brilliant service orientated nothing is too much trouble leadership from top always to the front chalk n cheese really

Not good services
