Could be better

Thanthip Hotel is a mixture. The position is very good, about 5 mins walk to Patong Beach. Many Restaurants, shops, food stalls are nearby. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful with the exception of Housekeeping staff who show no interest, do not clean properly and are very slow to clean the rooms. The pool is excellent but only open 8am to 7pm and should be open earlier and later.Other things we disliked were the saving of pool lounges by mainly Russian guests The lack of observance of pool rules by the staff. My son, daughter in law and baby grandson were not allowed to swim in the pool as they were not staying at the Hotel but other guests were allowed to have friends swim. It appeared the the staff were afraid of the Russians as they could do as they liked and got all the best rooms. I requested a high floor or poolside but was given a room far away in the back corner. The room itself was quite good although no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink.

Love this place
Great hotel, the staff were so nice and helpful. We were only meant to stay one night ended up staying 3 nights. Only small thing was there was a few ants in the room but that was it. Definitely recom... อ่านต่อ
