Good location but old facilities

The location is good, minutes walking to famous Patong beach. The hotel staffs were nice. But the facilities were really very old. The lamp in room was very dim. My room was facing a car park. The worst thing was the drink in the fridge was expired. And I did not know after finishing! I talked to the front desk staff, but she asked me to talk to housekeeping the next day. That night I accidentally dropped the bottle to the ground, and it broke to piece. So I had no evidence to show to their housekeeping. It was really a bad experience. I would not stay in this hotel again.

nice friendly hotel
had a great time at thantip, rooms are basic but clean and maintained well. location is a bit away from the main phuket busy areas. not too far from beach. overall, had a pleasant stay, goood value... อ่านต่อ
