Dad's Army

Unfortunately we were located in a room that required many step to access the 3rd floor. My nearly 80 year old friend had trouble with the small size steps. The reception staff understood the situation and quoted a price to upgrade. However, the Manager required substantial more money to upgrade. (Several hundred Baht more than the walk in rate) The Manager was rude and showed no interest in helping. The breakfast was good with the staff very friendly. Our room was clean but tired.

Bautiful and clean!
