Clean, awesome location but barebone everything else.
Location awesome. Staff very helpful, happy. Language a bit of an issue. This is my 2nd stay here, would defo return.

perfect location... cozy rooms.. nice people!
a couple of minutes from the beach and tail boats... the rooms are very clean, cozy and well kept.. the hotel is simple but nice.. will stay there again! The employees are very very nice.. loved it..

Paper thin walls
Room was old and in need of renovation, but it was also cheap for Ao Nang and Air-con was cold. However we could hear everything going on in the next room clearly.
