It's true about the A/C. Too cold and can't be adjusted. Bathroom water temperature fluctuation was not experienced though. Otherwise quite polished and well equipped room and somewhat spacious.

Central location, great value
If you are in the city area; this Hotel is great - its near all shopping malls. walking distance - its good location if you want to walk night market street or go shopping.

Near to BTS
Hotel is relatively new. However situated right smack in the middle of red light district., not recommended for families. 5 - 7 minute walk to NANA BTS. Room was spacious, clean and adequate.
