Hard to move out and poor English of staffs

no hot water for making coffee,no staff could not fully understand English,the price of bottle water in this resort shop is 4 time higher than that in Phuket,rubboring the money. That is why no White guy come to this resort. Dinning hall is full of flies and birds around. This Resort maybe Only good for chinese tourist group! No wifi at room. The so called Family Business does not meet basic requirement of international travelers. Early check out make all client upset as we could not go in morning to snorkelling or diving because the check out time is 11:00am or client will be fined for 1000th. More worsen, all clients who will board on speedboat for leaving at 3:30PM will be forced to depart the waiting hall at 2:00, keeping us under the hot sun at the pier for 1.5 hrs without anything to do. I will not recommend my friends to choose this Banraya Resort.
