Wonderful Hotel on the edge of the old town

We loved our stay here at this beautifully presented hotel, which was a great base to explore the old town. The place is really well laid out, surrounding the magnificent looking pool and the rooms were top class. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful. My only gripe was that the pool, which looked amazing, had so much chlorine in that it wasn't possible to open your eyes in the water and had a nasty aftertaste. This was a real shame as it meant our toddler didn't wan't to swim in it, and neither did I (I am a keen swimmer). The pool had been a big factor in our choice of this hotel. If it ween't for this, I would have given this charming hotel 5 stars for everything.
