Honesty and great family hotel

We spent 7 nights at this great family run hotel, it was just down the road from all of the best markets and close to all interest points. We experienced a holiday night mare, leaving a large sum of money in an open safe on checking out. On reaching our next destination in Thailand and realising our horror situation, I rang the hotel and I spoke to one of the sons and indicated they had a misplaced cash and we're hoping we would ring. I our releif instructions we given for them to transfer our funds through an international money transfer. Total honesty to the best I can describe. Besides this our only mishap, we had a great time, the staff were so professional and extremely friendly and if we ever returned to Chiang Mai we would not hesitate to return to this hotel.

Fabulous breakfasts. Very friendly and helpful staff.
