Review of Rawai VIP Villas
I wouldn't recommend this place simply because there is nothing to do around the area. The area is too far out, and the water park is tiny. Only good thing is that the Villa's have many bed rooms, and are relatively clean.
However, the villas are mosquito ridden. Upon check in, each room has killed more than 10, after 1 trip out, we return to each room having even more mosquitoes, and the killing starts all over again.
The staff were not very helpful, whenever we ask about anything, they brush us off, only the 2 staff that speak mandarin properly are more helpful than the rest.
Location is very far out, to get to Patong or even Karon beach, by the time you pass the jam, it's around a 1 hour journey. Restaurants near Rawai is also incredibly expensive, no shopping nearby other than convenience stores.
If you have no intention to do anything in Phuket, and you just want a nice, clean, quiet place to rest and relax, then this is the perfect spot for you.
