Good for family travelling with children

The villa is fully equipped with facilities for family. The Kid park is good for the kids to spend the day both indoor and outdoor. I think the facilities is great but the services would need improvement. When we checked in at night, the burmese staff was the one who took us to the villa and he couldn't speak Thai very well. We did't get a good introduction of villa services. At the kid indoor playground, There were some toy machines did not work properly. The coffee at the coffee shop was also awful. The housekeeping did a mistake when they checked our room during check-out. Without going back to the villa and clarify, we would have to pay for the thing that they have recklessly reported.

2 nights stay in 3 bed villa
Could use with insect repellent measures in the rooms, especially at the restaurant. The choice of breakfast is quite limited and there is no options for breakfast in the room service menu.

Excellent stay

Wonderful for kids
