Amazing place for a honeymoon

We had a truly amzing stay at the Rasananda! From the moment we arrived by shared speed boat. We were met with flowers and drinks and it was a swift check in to our room. We went for an ocean terrace room with pool. I think we made the right choice as these are on the first floor of a chalet rather than the ground which makes its more secluded and private.
The room was fantastic, the bed and pillows the best ever! As it was our honeymoon the bed was decorated for us and we were left some champayne. The room had an apple TV and wifi, loads of films to watch (which was handy on a rainy day)The bathroom had huge shower and doube sinks and you could look out onto the sea. The plunge pool on our terrace was very cooling too. You were left sweets every night and had an ample supply of gin,vodka and whisky replenished everyday!
The rest of the complex was also divine, just the right size. Not too big to be unpersonal but not too small to be claustraphobic. The pool was lovely and the service around the pool great. The beach and sea were clean and quiet and we were allocated our own loungers and free use of games, kayaks etc.
Breakfast was included and was really nice, very well presented and always fresh. But if you wanted a snack around the pool or beach it was very pricey and not enough choice at all. Although a short stroll down the beach or into the little village and there were plenty of choice. We did this most nights too as the hotel were charging 3 times as much as everywhere else. The food was excellent at the hotal so dont let this put you off! We did have a romantic dinner on the beach provided by the hotel which was so romantic and a very special evening.
This was by far the best hotel both me and my partner had ever stayed in! Highly reccomeneded!
