Disappointing

This hotel doesn´t fit in the five star category that it claims to be in. Service level and execution is below standard (eg, office staff not responsive on email, airport shuttle not waiting at the airport, booked rooms not available, alternative room not ready - took two hours to complete, sunbeds on the beach not wiped down in the morning, shower is a mere trickle and hot water takes a minimum of five minutes, etc.). Furniture, curtains, bathrobes, etc., are old and worn. There is considerable investment necessary and the service standards should be higher.
