wont stay here again

I could have given a better review if only the hotel had its early check in policy more guest friendly . When I tried to check in early I was told the room was not ready . I was made to wait 5 and half hours after being told i will get my room soon by Mr. Noah the receptionist. I even offered to pay extra to check in early .He told me its against hotel policy . Then I tried to cancel my book , it was not possible .. This hotel is the worst nightmare for a traveler coming on a overnight flight . after waiting for several hours I was also told it would take 1 hour to clean the room , which was a lie as my room was cleaned on both days within 10 - 15 mins .

staff very frinedly.
