Great location, good service, tasty food

I have stayed at this hotel about 3 times. Their service is good. The Spa is beautiful but a pricey. Their gym equipment was a little dated however the cardio machines were modern. They have a lot of classes and personal trainers on offer. Their Thai food was delicious, very authentic and consistently good. The concierge service was great as they helped me locate specific souvenirs to take home. On check out I had some confusion about my reward points, let's hope this will be sorted out soon. In general a good hotel at a great location.
