Expected more

Stayed in Executive floor which used to be great value for money. Good things were check-in staff and sparking wine for happy hour. Breakfast and canapés was not great - limited choices and not best quality. Patio chairs very run down. They also did not deliver a package that was left in the main lobby. Wont spend the money on this place again.
