Not quite as good as it used to be

I have stayed at this hotel many times previously. However, this time I noticed that some small touches missing. Namely, there is no evening turn-down service anymore, or if there is, I did not receive it. It just seems like the hotel has cut back on some niceties, and they are noticeable. I would probably still stay here again because the location is unbeatable, but would also be willing to consider other hotels.
