Very comfortable, friendly helpful staff.

Stay was good, staff is excellent and always endeavors to help make your stay at the hotel, and in Bangkok, effortless and worry free. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and good water pressure, etc...though quite a bit of noise from adjacent room was quite audible. (ie. could hear neighboring room on their phone, etc...) I was staying on the executive floor so expected a bit more solitude than this. Also, quite a bit of noise from the hallway is heard in the room. (ie people/staff passing and doors opening and closing, etc..) Other than that stay was great, business center and lounge on the executive floor was very nice and had helpful staff available for any request.
