Construction - Noise

GM misled tied to construction being completed as this hotel remains noisy and ill suited to support guests. Club level staff is great and the Asst. GM (from Russia - forget name) is very accommodating with regard to moving me to a more quieter part of the hotel. At issue is the construction, lack of probity from GM and room arrangement.
