We are 7 adults with a baby, booked the Family Room for our stay last week, while checking in the staff looked surprise when I told her that 8ppl were staying (i requested for 1 extra bed + baby cot) then she told me that the room I booked was 1 bedroom with living room + connecting room to other standard room, and i explained to her that on Agoda it’s written for max 6 adults (our fault was we didn’t see it’s only 2 bedrooms) the staffs also had no idea why it’s written for 6 adults on Agoda, then the staffs told us they will put one extra bed for free at the living room & make the sofa into bed (covered the sofa with linen + gave pillow and blanket), so some of us ended up sleeping at sofa. Only a few choices of food at the Executive Restaurant for breakfast. Old property but some of the rooms are currently under renovation. Great location.
